In some tellings of the Izanami and Izanagi myth, they were twins as well as husband and wife!(It wouldn't be ancient mythology if there wasn't incest and debauchery)

Yeah But that makes more sense if she resembled Izanagi however what I am saying is unsettling is how she resembles the main character and just the main character she could have easily taken traits from Adachi and namatame her other game pieces but she chose him for her mortal form and that is unsettling to me

That's why I was suggesting they looked the same. Because the protag's persona is an uncorrupted Izanagi (unlike Adachi and probably Namatame)
